Pros

It is a great company that gives you a lot of freedom in your schedule. I spend half my schedule out in the field enjoying nice days and the other half in my home office.

Cons

If you don’t like climbing on roofs or in attics and if you can’t stand the idea of crawling in a crawl space, it’s probably not the right job for you.
