      Pros

      I've worked at Donan for over 8 years and couldn't be happier about my choice in careers. The largest family-owned forensic engineering company in the US, Donan has great benefits, and really empowers it's personnel with the tools needed to succeed. An A+ employer in my book. I plan to stay here until retirement if they'll have me.

      Cons

      DONAN is a growing company and with growth and new technology comes process changes. Change can be a good thing if managed properly, and DONAN does a fairly effective job of doing so.

      Family oriented business. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Sometimes the left hand doesn't know the right hand exists but it is getting better.
