      Pros

      Donan has grown at an unbelievable rate for many consecutive years and that growth has been spurred by geographic expansion and the introduction of new services to existing customers. In a business where customers want expertise and speed as the top drivers for why they hire a forensic investigation firm, Donan continues to push the envelope in reinventing ourselves to take advantage of these well-known customer wants/needs. Top Reasons Why Donan is a great place to work: - Benefits are amazing for a company of this size - Flexibility - Business Family Culture - Growth opportunities for both the company and for the individual employees

      Cons

      From my perspective there are very few negatives to working at Donan, as the future continues to look very bright and the only employees that appear unhappy are the ones who struggle to accept the fact that we must change to meet our customer’s needs.

      Used to be a good company

      Pros

      When I started working with Donan, I met a lot of great people in the company, it was a very flexible job with a good work-life balance in the beginning.

      Cons

      I used to work full-time in the Pacific region. Working in the Pacific region was very disappointing, bad culture, poor communication, a total failure, and they force you to do stuff that you are very uncomfortable with and that's why I decided to leave the company. Accepting their employment offer for the Pacific region has been one of the my worst decisions of my life and quitting this job has been one of the best decisions of my life. I've seen better management in the other regions as well as meeting a lot of great people in the company. The CEO of the company is very nice, smart, and a great leader. I was just very disappointed with the management of the Pacific region and that's why I decided to leave the company.
