Pros

good benefits and people to work with. Everyone has their head in the work. Lots of surprise and drive. Opportunities to succeed, challenging work, and fast paced. Every day feels like it could make or break you.

Cons

long hours, management is avoid to talk and always unpredictable. Facilities seems to working hard to spruce up the office; since this was initially a factory there are lots of areas for improvement. They need to do something about the training because there's little guidance into how you can improve in your sales and how you can work towards your promotion when moving up.

It was an ok first job, learned a lot, and also learned that I would never want to work for this type of company again

Cons

Didnt like management, pay, hours, paid time off, and the benefits were not great. Overall way too many cons to want to stay here/

i have ways and means in retrieving of customers data without formatting or removing the drive from the client machine as an external drive!!.

Cons

Some of the challenges i will be facing is learning of new things as technology keeps growing and how i will socialise with customers in terms there is a problem facing a particular machine.
