      Pros

      There is excellent exposure to the business community. The value to clients is great, sometimes millions of dollars, saved on the life of any one lease.

      Cons

      There are not many opportunities for growth. This is a family business and I have already reached as high as I can achieve. The owner of the company is in semi-retirement causing the atmosphere to be somewhat complacent and stale
