      Very poor environment to work with this work Culture, where your hired and asked to do only documentation jobs through out your stay. There is no stream lined job description for any role. Irrespective of your role you are asked to work on different aspect. If you are ready to favor your boss then you can survive in this work culture and depends of human race. For women employees who are expectant mother or planning for motherhood not right place, they deploy you into PIP ( Performance Improvement Program) and sack you. Requirements gathering is a mess and documentation is at worst. No techniques are used for estimation and is a fish market to arrive at dates in executing. you are expected to work 11 hrs a day and on all weekends, still they mark you as not met expectations. Until you can favor your boss.

      I am 8+ years old in this company, Started as Member in sales to Manager in Sales, The best past of this place you can share your views and managements would all ways respects the views of the employees, Some one was talking about salaries not paid on time, That looks funny for me, Not even a month I have taken my salary on the 2nd day of the month its always been 1st, Just to add to this I remember the recession in 2008 when people were job less and I got my salary on time, Good Work Culture & Very Ethical, Growth Opportunities, Opportunities to visit abroad in form of Educational Tour, Training Trips, Excellent incentive policies and Bonuses every year, Job Satisfaction, I guarantee all of the above as I am experiencing them........

      Cons

      Not sure if some one need more than this at a work place........I would say this is more than a work place for me.... Undoubtedly I have "NONE" as of now......:)
