9yI want to thank you for this review. Looking back over the last couple of years, this kind of feedback helped us improve our sales qualification process. We now rigorously qualify our prospective clients and potential projects (particularly around scope and budget feasibility). The other dimension of this is (even with projects that look good during initial feasibility analysis), we find it is key to work hard to keep client expectations and evolving project realities aligned.
