      Pros

      D.P. Electric gives everyone the opportunity to grow professionally. They focus on training and employees have the opportunity to advance if they show the desire to. They have a very family oriented culture and do team building activities to show that they appreciate their employees.

      Could work on communication across departments and between the office and field

      Pros

      D.P. Electric strives to empower their employees through education. DP has a great internal employee development program accessible to all employees, free of cost.

      Cons

      D.P. has a lot of work available making it at times difficult for current employees to attend company events or education classes. Overall there is no Con in my opinion it is still a win win situation.

      Thank you for the feedback! We strive to create an environment in which all are empowered to grow. We are also very fortunate to have a considerable amount of work to keep our team going. While there may be times when a tight deadline on a job may coincide with the scheduling of team building events we do our best to make it up to our employees. Most recently we had a companywide event where we took over a Dave and Busters and given the needs of a large project some employees did have to work that day. To make it up to them we brought everyone on that site a small gift as well as held raffles with great prizes to show our appreciation. Thank you again for the feedback and take care!
