Unprofessional management and coterie politics at head office

- The management is pretending they knew agile methodology. No scrum masters in any team. no one knew about the real objective of each ceremonies of agile scrum and no one knew the manifesto to start with. - no standards, low quality of product. every deployment has an issue. - product is built like for a thesis of under grads - unrealistic goal. They base their top priority on highly escalated items. - process is revolving around support team concept and not in software development life cycle. - upper management is very inexperience in people management or proper lining up of resourcing. - Full of politics. - Not good for fresh graduates, not the up-to-stream line of work you expect. - Be aware of the management as they can easily destroy you when they dislike you. They favor those people they like. - The software development life cycle completes for over a month for maintenance activity. "too long." - No definitive and effective performance matix to evaluate people. They just base it on your recent and unforgettable mistakes. - Roles are too fluid. They practice lateral positions. Scope is blurr and ineffective. - No structure for any teams. only support has foundation of structure.
