Pros

1. Good place to start a career for electrical and automation enthusiasts 2. You will get salary on every 25th 3. You can learn a state of the art technology

Cons

1. No time outside the work environment because the shift is 12 hours with only 1 day off. 2. Compulsory overtime, no choice ,you have to work as they schedule. 3. Continuous night shift 12 hour for up to 7 day without a off in between 4. For degree holders it's not a place to stay for more than 2 years 5. Work environment is not as easy as you think. 6. Every year the basic and total allowance are reducing, and more 3rd parties are on the game. 7. Employees are leaving every now and then because they can't have a family life

Pros

Good pay in general Flexibility schedule if have something have to do during the work Top management team listens what you are saying

Cons

Short staff and always overtime Heavy workload No growth in the role Toxic team and poor management - kick out the employee knows how to work, keep those employees always making mistakes and refuse to learn Have to spend more time on their fault No motivation, not working happy
