- good work/ life balance - opportunity to work on high profile/ important projects - decent salary (can do better though) - most colleagues cooperate well

Cons

- some incompetent managers - dead wood in the organisation is tolerated, resulting in some quite senior positions being filled by lazy/ disengaged staff

Early salary in account and annually 90 days sick leaves accepted plus umraa leaves accepted and emergency leaves approval on time

Cons

working 12 hours a day 7 days a week (when busy), management is not going to listen to you in what so ever case
