Early salary in account and annually 90 days sick leaves accepted plus umraa leaves accepted and emergency leaves approval on time

Cons

working 12 hours a day 7 days a week (when busy), management is not going to listen to you in what so ever case

Great knowledge of Shipping Line concerns, documentations, procedures and operations from Load to Unload i.e import export clearance till delivery. A vast sea of knowledge to gain extra confidence and expertise, enhancing skills, simultaneously interaction with peoples having different minds and attitudes. (For DP World Karachi, Pakistan)

Cons

Salaries and all incentives are not upto the mark. Less employee covering large area of work place which creates problems and frustration during working hours. No labor law abiding. (For DP World Karachi, Pakistan)
