Pros

global company, some $ for projects & technology. HQ environment was nice and afforded chances to meet global teams.

Cons

Every moving very fast. Leadership turn over was high when I was there. New ownership coming in.Finance org had a poor top leader for a long time that worked in their own best interest and not the company.
