It’s awesome to work for a company that not only leads the industry, but has an incredible company culture with an excellent community of coworkers.

Cons

Like most construction companies, the work life balance is not great. If I could do what I do for only 40-50 hours per week instead of 60 I would have no complaints.

Pros

When I first started with DPR they were an amazing company. The philosophy was great and I was valued as an employee. Rapid growth brought about many opportunities to learn new things as well as a lot of change. Even with all that had happened with me personally I would still recommend anyone to work for them. DPR is a great company to work for.

Cons

Rapid growth caused a lot of constant change and chaos. Pay did not keep up with the demands of the job. Many times I worked 7 days a week, 12-14 hour days. No support from my direct supervisor.
