Pros

Financials are important but the company does truly put the employees health and well being first, even if it means slightly less benefit financially. Also I feel the company judges your performance based on actual work product not how many hours you can sit in the office or job trailer (flexible in how you do your work).

Cons

Construction is a tough business and there are aspects of that which are hard to escape (tough deadlines, long hours, etc.)
