      It is a challenging environment but we have lots of fun too.

      Pros

      The office is fun and the work keeps me engaged. We have to continue learning to fulfill the 80 hours of learning that is encouraged. Also, when there is an issue, it doesn't get swepted under the rug, it is dealt with and resolved.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of direction on career path which is good and bad since it is hard to judge if you are doing ok but it is nice to not be locked into one role.

      the culture and people are awesome attifude to get it done no matter what tons of friends and fun the work environment is positive

      Cons

      lack of processes mixed guidance from MC on strategy lack of accountability we can be too compassionate we don't let the 'wrong whos' go

      Pros

      - The sky is the limit - Happy group of people - The D in DPR cares about employees at all levels - solid benefits package that is very broad - hardly any micro-managing - smart group of people

      Cons

      - the work hours, even when you are not in operations, the expectation is that you are there at least from 7:00 to 6:00 - that leadership on a regional level is a bunch of guys who have wives that do not work giving them a ton of flexibility when compared to the "modern" couple where both wife and husband work - performance review process is really antiquated, management turns the responsibility of feedback back on the employee saying that they need to do more to get feedback - it is a culture that takes outsiders a long time to grasp
