      Pros

      I’ve been with DPR for almost 10 years and it’s a great place to work. I’ve worked in 3 different offices and it’s consistently been a great experience because the people are amazing.

      Cons

      DPR can be a place where you’re given a lot of room to operate in your own way which most folks appreciate. I’ve seen it be a challenge for some who need more structure. Especially those who come over from other large GCs who value that.

We do work differently than other GCs, and we know that it can take some time for new teammates to get used to that.       Benefits are exceptional. Culture is the best I’ve see in the commercial construction industry.

      Still a few old school sticks in the mud that believe in the “work first, then life and everything else after” mentality.
