Good atmosphere & persons working together and helps each other to achieve all goals.

Cons

Ambition to professionalism is missing sometimes. Promotions are made by being close to the management crew and not because of good performance necessarily. There isn't an area to grow & develop. There aren't enough projects in Israel.
