      Long-term solid Vermont-based company, casual work atmosphere, fun company events, input is valued from everyone, employee discounts, good benefits, friendly atmosphere

      Cons

      If one is working in the IT realm, the technology is locked down and dates back ten years, so getting anything done is slow and frustrating. In addition, there is a strange lack of communication or cooperation between departments, which adds to the difficulty of getting things done.

      Company is on an upward trajectory. Acquired in 2015 and many new exciting initiatives underway. Great culture and work/life balance!
