Pros

The people are some of the best I've worked with. Nobody wants to settle for good enough. Collective effort to grow the business and do well. New HQ is a significant improvement over the previous one.

Cons

Owner company can struggle to fit how our business operates into their established system. End up spending lots of time/effort trying to get them on the same page when we could be working on improvements.

Company is on an upward trajectory. Acquired in 2015 and many new exciting initiatives underway. Great culture and work/life balance!
