Pros
* The people are great * Benefits and pay have greatly improved in the last year * Work is challenging (in a good way) * Management allows for Hybrid work * Free soda, exercise room, and pie once a month * Industry is rapidly growing and company has a great path over the next 5 years
Cons
* Work can be a bit stressful at times, especially on the newer projects and dealing with customers * Sometimes priorities will shift last minute causing a scramble in R&D, but management and team members are usually pretty understanding and flexible
