Pros

- Good pay - Curriculum is provided - Team mentality. Teachers are willing to help one another and care about creating positive change at school

Cons

- Too much emphasis on tests scores. Test scores were strong last year, but the reality is the kids are really struggling on social, emotional level. It made for incredibly long and challenging days as a teacher. - Lack of consequences for student misbehavior. Restorative justice not being fully utilized with fidelity. - Leaders do not get into trenches with teachers. Take that as you will.

Pros

The students are the only positive attribute for this school.

Cons

Just an overall terrible school to work at. Highly political and full of disarray.
