Pros
In the time that I've spent at Drift Net, I've seen incredible growth in all avenues. I had little to no experience in the tech world prior though they have been able to help me grow and offer opportunities I never imagined previously. Drift Net is still growing and feels like a new frontier. Initially, I was seeking out something that would just pay the bills but ultimately I've been able to build a career and relationships with individuals from all walks of life. There is a strong sense of community and care with one another here, and even when life might feel monotonous I still feel like I'm part of something much bigger than myself. Drift Net is on the edge of success and I can guarantee that it will be a household name in a few year's time and I feel incredibly lucky to have joined in at the foundation. The CEO and CSO are dedicated to this company and everyone connected to it, ultimately they want everyone here to have the tools for success and grow with the company. It's important to note that you get out what you put in, if you're willing to show up and show out every day then you'll find success with Drift Net.
Cons
You might need to sacrifice a weekend or two and be flexible to processes changing. The job can challenge you and your own standards at times but it forces you to better yourself.
