Pros
Great work/life balance, low stress, great pay, strong leadership, feel like I am part of the family. The Great Recession caused many businesses to struggle to keep their work force busy and DRMP wasn’t immune to it. I moved on to pursue other gainful employment and ended up coming back after almost a decade away. I’m glad I did.
Cons
Slow to terminate people not pulling their weight.
