      Pay, friendly staff, overtime, younger staff to relate to, 16 pto days

      Cons

      Favoritism, Refuse to modernize, old-school mentality executives, no advancement opportunities, younger staff means not respected as easily, expensive benefits, barely any holidays

      Location, history of the company, onsite gym, tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Unprofessional management within accounting and HR. High turnover among project accountants. PM’s make your life miserable and it shows in the culture. Favoritism is everywhere. Very expensive medical benefits. Good ole boys club environment.
