      There aren't any pros for working for DRMP.

      Benefits are expensive and worthless. Management is horrible. Project management is a mess.

      Larger company with trilon buying them so 401k match is nice

      Cons

      Trilon only cares about money. No Christmas bonus first time in years. Awful survey manager at Boca location. When you leave, you get treated like a criminal.
