Pros
They've made significant progress adapting to be a larger company than what they were 2 years ago. I think people were getting frustrated that the company hadn't really evolved from when it was a 50 person firm in terms of their internal structure. Now, with well over 100 employees, they've made a concerted effort over the last year to change their internal processes and structure for the better, and it shows. Also, great senior management and a great employee-first culture. So many great people to work with on a daily basis.
Cons
Salary isn't what you're going to get at the big consulting firms but no one should be surprised by that. They make up for it in their overall compensation package.
