- Good WLB by trading industry standards - People are smart and laidback - Consistently profitable - Company structure is flat - Meritocracy. No company politics I've encountered

Cons

- Not diverse, however "diversity hires" won't solve the problem - Many long tenured employees. Limited upward opportunities - Heard some desks have bad office politics - Senior management takes the lion share of profits therefore you may get smaller share of your PnL than at a competitor form

Good work environment. The company makes available everything for her employees to perform well: great infrastructure, training, on-site perks (lunches, yoga)..., great team building activities for newcomers...

Cons

As a privately-owned company, the inner-workings, performance and strategy is kept close to the chests by the partners.
