Pros

Loyalty. They will give you a lot of leeway to prove yourself. Hard work will earn trust from the partners. There is also good motivation by the partners to expand and explore new markets when it makes sense for them to enter them.

Cons

Not all partners are good bosses. Your experience and compensation depends entirely on the partner you work for.

Pros

Fair and merit based. More collaborative than most trading firms.

Cons

Trading in general is a tough industry and not for everyone. You don't see too many people move up after leaving DRW, but they can do very well while at DRW.

Not bad but not that great.

Pros

Free breakfast, lunch, and snacks are good perks and the benefits are pretty good. Pay and bonuses are above average and you get to work on the latest technology.

Cons

The downside of working here is being prepared to work in a "high school" environment. There is a lot of backstabbing and if you didn’t work there for more than four years you are looked down on. Management is like a bunch of bullies and are very vindictive if you go against them.
