All depends on the team

Pros

Great benefits, nice salary, nice newly renovated offices Can tell the top leadership tried to create a conducive working environment

Cons

Teams are working relatively isolated. Some middle management level didn’t do a thing about certain clearly abusive/toxic manager simply because he’s good at making money

Pros

Extremely smart coworkers combined with an organization that's constantly pushing for advancements in trading and research technology. Good salary, great compensation package, casual dress code and company pays for lunch.

Cons

None that I can think of.
