2yThanks for sharing your thoughts and your advice. Our goal is to a great working environment where employees learn a lot and make contributions they are proud of. That certainly requires hard work, but we don't want employees to be in a position where they're being asked to make personal sacrifices. So, thanks for highlighting that maybe we need to work on making that clear throughout our organization.
