They're good about removing blockers to getting your work done. They care about work/life balance, and benefits + perks are great. They're also great about promoting from within.

Cons

There can be some on-call work depending on your team.

The location of the office in the west loop.

Smart employees and good culture

Cons

Eat what you kill. If your product doesn't make money then you don't get paid. Traders do not share in the diversity and advantage of the overall firm trading different products in Equities, Fixed Income, Agriculture, Currency's, etc...
