A entrepreneurial trading firm with a good culture

Pros

good culture, can come to work in t shirt and jeans, have some nice amenities like snacks etc. Not too much bureaucracy, if something needs to be done it can get done pretty fast good training

Cons

hiring from outside has increased for more senior roles as opposed to organic growth Often roles are limited in their responsibility in order to reduce risk from employees leaving

- Extremely smart coworkers - Traders are generally reasonable to work with - A lot of freedom to choose whatever languages/tools fit the job - Great perks: free breakfast and lunch, massages, phone, laptop, wine tastings, outings - Intellectually stimulating and varied work

Cons

- Organizational structure sometimes discourages useful collaboration between groups
