Pros

DRW values my input and ideas, and allows me to explore new ways of conducting surveillance. The firm is not afraid to try things that may not work out in the end.

Cons

You have to have the confidence to push forward. People will help and guide you, but you must initiate the activity.

We appreciate the feedback. While DRW emphasizes autonomy and ownership over rigid structures, we also regularly benchmark compensation to ensure it remains competitive and aligned with industry standards and our pay for performance culture.
