      The markets definitely move quickly and we're a firm that seeks to be nimble and give our teams the freedom to capture opportunities where they see them. This means work here is fast-placed and expectations are high, so it's important to us that we're balancing that with great benefits and time off to support our employees wellbeing (although vacation is not currently unlimited).
