Pros

DRW values my input and ideas, and allows me to explore new ways of conducting surveillance. The firm is not afraid to try things that may not work out in the end.

Cons

You have to have the confidence to push forward. People will help and guide you, but you must initiate the activity.

Thanks for the thoughtful review. DRW operates with a high degree of autonomy, and impact often comes from individuals proactively identifying problems and driving solutions. We recognize that this model can feel less structured at times, particularly early on, and we’re continuing to improve clarity around growth paths and opportunities for our employees. This helps!
