Cons

Sometimes is feels a bit siloed and I'm not sure the internal mobility if you don't like a product you're assigned to is there when going from intern to full-time

-You get to work with some of the best traders on the street -ample liquidity and market access to be successful -CEO is always trying to evolve and stay ahead of market trends.

Cons

-Very siloed organization. While there are attempts to improve this your experience will largely depend on what desk you are on. -definitely a eat what you kill organization. For junior traders it’s hard to gain valuable experience.
