The option to occasionally work remotely would have been appreciated.

Thanks for your feedback! While it's a bit role specific, as a firm we largely offer a lot of flexibility for remote work and try to prioritize being in the office when collaboration and mentoring most benefit.

High turnover and demotions. Strange decision-making by management.
