As you mentioned, leaders often focus more on strategic direction and less on daily management as an organization grows. We’re fortunate that our executive committee, the members of which are responsible for critical decisions across the business, have been together for nearly 20 years and work closely with senior managers to align the day to day work to the bigger picture.
