Smart people, well-oiled machine of an organization

Cons

You do not matter at all to DRW. They will break ties with you in the first second that they believe you might not be of future value to them (which all companies should do to a point, but DRW takes this to an extreme).

Cons

partners dont care about you. When they have chance, they will not honor what you agreed on for bonus percentage. The partners think DRW is a tech company. It isnt. It is a prop trading firm in essence. Stop trying to brainwash employees
