- Great people to work with, very smart and helpful
- Flat management structure, easier to make accomplishments and be creative
- Lots of great benefits and perks
Cons
- May not be good if someone needs a lot of structure, more of an entrepreneurial type of environment.

You’re right, the people who do well here are the ones you mentioned who flourish with autonomy and the ability to challenge consensus in order to make an impact. Thanks for sharing your experience with us.
Awesome pay and benefits, strong colleagues who are driven and results-oriented but in a laid-back manner(typically). Over my time I have seen some great engineers leave DRW. Though the present talent, and the draw for skilled, and pragmatic developers to join us remains exceptionally strong. I learn a ton from my colleagues. Open communication across teams and the software culture is making a comeback. I'm excited about our potential and wouldn't consider a change for the foreseeable future.
Cons
Nothing standing out. Nice to have more sponsored restaurant/bar/etc outings for internal teams.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience at DRW. Open communication and a strong culture are two areas of focus for us, and we’re glad you have seen a positive result. We’ll continue to think about how we can do this better and retain the skilled employees who have enriched your experience at DRW.
Great culture of open minded people working together, right up to the very top level. I always feel valued and listened to - there is a culture or respecting each other, even when opinions differ. To be competitive, we need have to be smart. Developers will choose the most appropriate languages and technologies in order to solve the problem at hand.
Cons
People get bored when you tell them you work in the trading industry.
