Pros

DSP Connections is consistently working to raise the quality of experience of Direct Support Professionals. The PTO accrual rate has recently been increased. This year held the 2nd conference for DSPs, uncommon in this field. They have some great office staff that make the process of getting matched with clients straightforward and pleasant. They have clearly defined values.

Cons

There is not yet a match for the 401(k), though that is something they're working on for the near future. While there is a CEU process, I'm a little disappointed in it. It is approached in a way that does not inspire consistent involvement by DSPs, as the variety of CEU opportunities is lacking.

Pros

They really care about their employees and always put you first when it comes to comfortability and safety. They are geared towards clients while also caring for employees in a manner that you feel wanted.

Cons

Nothing really sticks out as a con. Very understanding and caring.
