Flexible schedule. You get to work with families and make a difference in their lives. This is not just a job more like a family. You can tell the company not only cares for their families they serve but their staff too. It is simply a place #You belong in. DSP connections is always looking to grow. They go above and beyond.

Cons

Sometimes hours are not guaranteed. Not a good fit for someone who can’t be flexible.

Sometimes the portal isn't always working, but I know that will be changing in the near future as announced at Summitt.
