I love my job, it is so rewarding working with people with intellectual developmental disabilities. I love supporting them so they can live their best life.

Cons

Sometimes I work with people that have mild behaviors. I find creative ways to communicate with them that encourages them to live their best lives.

how would you like to take care of folks in need. the hours can be flexible. so if you are interested join us. its a great place to work. we employ all ages. its my first job in salem when i moved here 2 years ago. im a senior and they picked me and im happy about that, come join us!

the only thing i can think of is more jobs for the am.

Pros

I don’t know where to start working for Dsp connections. They are professional they allow you to grow. They are friendly. They treat you like family they give you flex hours if you need them they work with you and not against you anytime that I call there. they make sure that whatever issue that I had is taken care of The biggest thing for me is that when you do call them or go in there you are treated like a person you are treated like you belong there.

Cons

For me, there is no negatives of working for Dsp. I have no problems whatsoever working for this company.
