Pros

Great pay, incredible clients, flexible schedule

Cons

DSPs are treated as the bottom of the pyramid, with office staff receiving far more opportunities for growth, access to benefits and other perks like concerts and events. The company treats clients with lower income levels differently than financially well-off families, and the CEO and other upper management only appear at public events where cameras are, so they can give the illusion of being involved with the company and their clients.

Pros

Clients are kind Pays well

Cons

Almost everything else. The parents of these specialist programs have insane expectations with no real form of support. You work 10-12 hour shifts with zero breaks and if you get lucky enough for a 10 minute break you are expected to be on standby if something happens. The owner allows the parents to run the programs how they see fit and management is just used a talking piece for the parents. You are under constant supervision of cameras and every thing is micromanaged. You will be overworked emotionally and constantly discouraged by the higher ups. The parents end up making things harder for the clients due to the constant state of Micromanaging. Your job duties will be constantly changing and policies will be updated weekly that you are expected to keep up on.
