      Pros

      Paid Benefits and travel. If you want to travel and get a position that you are able to, you will enjoy taking advantage of that.

      Cons

      Can't get anywhere unless you are part of the click with the VP's. They lost a lot of good people in the last 12 months and now are stuck with what they've got left over.
