For more than a decade, I have had the pleasure of serving those who serve our United States Veterans at VAMC facilities across the country. During that entire period, I have enjoyed the honor and privilege of working side by side with extraordinary colleagues and leaders at DSS.
Cons
While it is not a con per se, our team supports the entire country with four time zones. It allows us the opportunity to provide services at the right time for our user community supporting our veterans.
