      Pros

      Generally nice working environment. People are understanding and friendly. Decent salary for the tasks that is required of you to complete.

      Cons

      Management tend to micro-manage. End of the day, your just a number, despite the fact the keep saying your not. Only thing they really care about is how much profit you can give them, and don't really appreciate the hard work that goes behind it all.
