Pros

Good benefit (Healthcare insurance, HSA, 401K, tons of PTOs and WFH option) Competitive Salary Nice and secured environment Good colleague and some of them are really really smart than you may ever think of. Eyes-opener

Cons

Stressful work for non-management team members. Mid-management lack of technical knowledge. No work-life balance - except manager and higher level.
