      Small company, pay decent, benefits good, bonus nice, workload can be stressful

      Pros

      The benefits are good. 10K education stipend per year for MBA or MS. Good bonus if perform well. Bonus every year is also nice unless performance is poor. Great people and family culture if on the right team and good management.

      Cons

      Workload is stressful for engineering staff and normally understaffed for big efforts. Management can be too demanding given resource limitations.
